Drug War Blu-Ray

drug-war-posterWith Drug War, Hong Kong director Johnny To offers another bloody tale involving gangsters and cops – this time, it focuses on a drug trafficker (Louis Koo) who is forced to cooperate with the police to help take a crime lord down.

The film is presented with a 1080p transfer with a 5.1 Chinese track and English subtitles.

When it comes to extras, Well GO USA didn’t do much efforts as all we get is your usual trailer.

Own it, Watch it or Skip it?

If you read my review (link below), you probably know that I wasn’t impressed with this one, despite being a Johnny To fan –  most reviews being pretty positive, it was maybe just me. I must admit watching some of Mr. To’s movies several times so if you’re a fan as well, you will probably like Drug War more than I did and owning it is probably worth it.
